  • Wednesdays we try to deliver north of the ship canal, Thursdays south of it. If either day is sold out don’t be shy about ordering for the other day, we’d love to bring you pizza! 
  • Friday we deliver to West Seattle/Burien/White Center/Seatac only.
  • Saturday is for pickups at our Sodo Production Kitchen (3810 Airport Way S, 98108) from 12pm-4pm.
  • Mondays we deliver to Kenmore, Bothell, Woodinville, Kirkland, and Redmond.
  • Tuesdays we deliver to Bellevue, Mercer Island, Newcastle and Issaquah
 

Bold and comforting, rich and celebratory, winter flavors should pick us up when the cold weather slaps us down. Bacon and brussels unite and rise to the occasion beautifully on this pizza.

To make this pie we crisp up bacon in the pizza oven and use the rendered fat to roast the brussels. Deliciously smoky, salty, bacon flavor permeates the whole scene, enlivened by the bright plum tomato sauce and bitter/sweet cruciferous veg. 

I’m going to smell like a campfire from roasting double digit lbs of bacon for the next few weeks but it is so, so worth it to celebrate winter eating as we tiptoe into spring.
