- Wednesdays we try to deliver north of the ship canal and Magnolia. Thursdays south of it. If either day is sold out don’t be shy about ordering for the other day, we’d love to bring you pizza!
- Saturday is for pickups at our Sodo Production Kitchen (3810 Airport Way S, 98108) from 12pm-4pm.
- Tuesdays we deliver to West Seattle/Burien/White Center/Seatac and Bellevue/Kirkland/Redmond/Mercer Island.

This pie is a bit of a contradiction--refreshing and springy while savory and comforting. A gremolata is a simple herby green sauce, ours has mint, parsley, lemon, olive oil, and a little garlic and chili flake. We combine that with our house made sausage and lemon ricotta for a simple delight, a pizza full of optimism and spark as spring turns into summer.
